Supporting good mental health at work
Having worked for many years as a therapist and counsellor, and previously in business management and community mental health services, I bring a wealth of experience and an understanding of the ways in which organisational culture and other workplace factors may affect the psychological health of people at work.
Working as a counsellor affiliate for Employee Assistance Providers (EAP’s) has enhanced my organisational awareness and enabled me to build good working relationships with companies and employees.

People at work may choose to refer themselves for counselling with work related or other issues which affect their mental health. They may also be referred by managers who are keen to support staff who are undergoing personal difficulties which impact their working lives.
